We provide capital and services to small businesses. By combining resources and expertise we are able to leverage our affiliates to provide premium service to an underserved portion of the business economy - small business.

We target companies that do not qualify for capital from traditional sources. We only make business purpose loans/investments and we do not accept deposits.  We are not brokers for other entities.  The loans and investments that we make are funded with our money and made for our portfolio.

Our group addresses moderate-risk capital needs of smaller, growth-oriented companies. We help finance companies that require additional capital but are not expected to generate the higher returns required by most venture capitalists. We typically provide loans and growth capital to small business ventures considered too risky for traditional lenders. Loans made by our companies fill the gap between venture capital sources and traditional debt financing available through commercial banks, industrial bonds or government programs.

We have tremendous flexibility in the financing tools available through our group. Our companies work together blending debt financing and with equity and "near" equity investments, and utilizing government guaranties to strengthen credits.

We specialize in providing SBA, USDA, and Mezzanine loans. We also make venture capital investments in companies looking for an equity partner. If your company has been turned down, or if you are unable to receive the capital you need, then perhaps we can help.
