If you are a loan officer or otherwise work with a lending institution we will pay a fee if you refer a company to us that becomes our customer. We are a referral-only business and can many times help customers that are unable to meet your lending institution's requirements.


If you would like to refer a customer for consideration please follow the steps below:

  1. Complete and submit the form below to obtain a username and password. Be sure to make a note of your username and password for future use.
  2. Log in by clicking the "Banker Login" button and entering your username and password. After logging in you'll see a short, 12-question pre-screen application.
  3. Complete the pre-screen application for your customer. You will get immediate feedback on whether the pre-application looks favorable, possible or unfavorable.

That's it! If the pre-screen looks favorable, we'll be in contact with you, in most cases, by the following business day. So why not go ahead and register with us. One thing to remember is that all referrals are time-stamped. Whoever submits the referral first gets credit for that referral.
